MT
In the “MT” thermolysis reactor, the raw material is subjected to rapid heating with stirring in the absence of oxygen, and thermal destruction of the hydrocarbon-containing raw material occurs with the simultaneous synthesis of a multicomponent gas mixture.
The reactor design makes it possible to directly heat the working fluid, which mixes and transports raw materials inside the reactor vessel.
Depending on the type of raw material, gas thermolysis products are sent either for condensation or combustion in a boiler. The solid residue with a high carbon content from the thermolysis reactor is transferred into sealed containers for cooling.
