AGI Tech technology is designed for processing various raw materials using thermal effects on raw materials with simultaneous mixing.
The technology involves two stages – primary heat treatment of raw materials at temperatures up to 230°C and subsequent processing at temperatures up to 700°C.
The physical state and physical form of the raw materials to be processed may be different.
It can be liquid, paste, bulk, powdery raw materials, sludge, gel, colloid, emulsion, suspension, granulate, etc.
Each aggregate state of the raw material requires its own preparatory process, for example, liquid raw materials require mixing with an inert carrier, sorbent, etc.
List of tasks solved by AGI tech technological processes:
- Preheating of raw materials for subsequent chemical technological processes
- Reducing the temperature of raw materials
- Heating of raw materials
- Drying of raw materials
- Torrification
- Disinfection
- Thermolysis with condensation of liquid products
Types of raw materials:
- Raw materials for chemical technological processes
- Intermediate products in chemical, food and other industries
- Organic waste
- Oily waste
- RDF
- Landfill leachate
