AG Dryer                     

The AG Dryer module is a reactor with a closed-loop indirect (conductive) heat exchange system.

Depending on the tasks being solved, thermal oil, steam or glycol fluids can be used as a coolant.

The special design of the dryer shafts ensures effective heat exchange with raw materials, and also prevents the sticking of high-viscosity materials, which negatively affects the heat transfer characteristics of the equipment, thereby increasing the stability of the process and the quality of the output characteristics of the raw materials. The high heat exchange area improves the efficiency of the process.

All evaporated moisture is removed through the flue into the gas purification and condensation system, while maintaining a low vacuum level.

The module is equipped with a modern automated process control system designed to simplify its operation as much as possible, as well as minimize the possibility of emergency situations. The system includes all the necessary sensors and actuators, controlling all components in automatic mode; there is also the possibility of manual control.

The ability to regulate the heating temperature of the coolant from 30° to 270°C allows the AG Dryer module to be used for almost any viscous, gel-like and bulk materials.

Application

Due to its simplicity of design, the AG Dryer module can be used to perform a wide variety of tasks, for example: thermal drying, preheating, cooling, disinfection, sterilization of raw materials.
