MT

In the “MT” thermolysis reactor, the raw material is subjected to rapid heating with stirring in the absence of oxygen, and thermal destruction of the hydrocarbon-containing raw material occurs with the simultaneous synthesis of a multicomponent gas mixture.

The reactor design makes it possible to directly heat the working fluid, which mixes and transports raw materials inside the reactor vessel.

Depending on the type of raw material, gas thermolysis products are sent either for condensation or combustion in a boiler. The solid residue with a high carbon content from the thermolysis reactor is transferred into sealed containers for cooling.

Application

The main tasks of the MT module:

  • thermal processing of raw materials, followed by the production of commercial fuel products, such as: combustible gas, liquid heating oil, torrefaction, high-carbon residue.
  • thermal regeneration of sorbents (granular activated carbons) with a loss of less than 10%.
  • heat treatment of sorbents of plant origin (sawdust, millet threshing, sunflower husks, wheat) to increase oil capacity by 30%.
  • heat treatment of dried activated sludge to obtain an adsorbent for the technology’s own needs
  • heat treatment of dried activated wastewater sludge to obtain organomineral fertilizer

Advantages

  • no harmful emissions
  • process continuity
  • effective heat exchange between the working fluid and raw materials
  • flexibility of configuration and management
