This technology is intended for thermal treatment of organic, hydrocarbon-containing raw materials, including waste.

The method of implementing the technology is drying of raw materials followed by thermolysis of the organic component. Depending on the composition of the raw materials, two technological schemes can be implemented at the installation:

• with condensation of waste hydrocarbon fractions, in order to extract liquid commercial products (liquid heating oil) and form a dry carbon residue
• without condensation of thermolysis products, with the production of solid commercial processed products (biofuel (Torrefied)).

The installation is a set of equipment that provides loading and supply of raw materials, drying, heat treatment, utilization, condensation of waste hydrocarbon vapors, unloading of dry carbonaceous residue, gas purification and other technological processes.

The installation can be carried out in a container (mobile) or stationary version, for placement in a production room or in an open area with a canopy.
